Enrollment terms are provided at registration. **Mentorship Programs** — One-on-one and group mentorship sessions. **Payment Terms:** - All fees are quoted in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise stated - Payment is required as specified in your individual service agreement or invoice - We accept bank transfers and other payment methods as communicated during onboarding - Late payments may result in suspension of services **Refund Policy:** - Refunds for digital training programs are available within 7 days of purchase if no course content has been accessed - Website development deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced - Mentorship sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable - Technology consulting fees are non-refundable for completed sessions - All refund requests must be submitted to lanthaacltd@gmail.com

**Our Content:** All content on our website including text, graphics, logos, images, and software is the property of Lanthaac Ltd and protected by Nigerian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. **Client Work:** Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables as specified in their project agreement. Lanthaac Ltd retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. **Training Materials:** Course materials, videos, and resources provided in our training programs are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the course of our engagement. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, technical specifications, client data, and financial information. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.
